A real pumpkin patch! Hope you enjoy it. Daphné always had a big Halloween party with her friends (yes, the holiday was imported to France about ten years ago) but Charlotte has never been interested -- she's also pretty much past the age, although when Halloween was really going strong there were a lot of teen/college parties for it too. So we won't really be dealing with it this year.

Have fun!

Haha, very cool! We've done a trailer ride at a farm here which was very bumpy, but those cow carriages look so much more fun!!! Yannick would just love that.

Freaky looking things... I think we have exactly the same type of the ordinary garden spider over here and I have loads of them in my garden. Usually I just let them be as they eat the bugs that would bother me otherwise, but I have to destroy their cobwebs on a regular basis behind our shed when I want to get to the compost. One time I didn't see the web and had the spider hanging off my side, brrrr! Mind you, that's still better than on my head!
Funny thing is that I'm a lot more freaked by them ever since I fell pregnant with Yannick. It got a bit better again but I think I'm still a bit more sensitive towards them than I used to be.

Oh wow, that looks impressive but altogether more like something from Indonesia.
I remember Megan saying that Eugene was particularly bad already for hay-fever sufferers, so this must but just what you don't need.

Still looks good to me! I planted three tomato plants and I think I picked the wrong variety, they are too fleshy for my liking and the taste is a bit boring. After picking I always leave them for a while in my sunny kitchen to ripen a bit more but even that doesn't seem to help a lot. I'll try again next year! :)
