Evan is 11 months old. He continues to grow and learn things very quickly. He is “cruising” around the furniture and working on sitting down from a standing position. He definitely is a cautious baby. When he feels that the ground is too far away, he reaches towards Mom and cries for a rescue. Of course, Mom encourages him to sit down, and helps him achieve his goal. It’s very fun to watch him work on becoming more mobile. He is also working on his communication skills. He continues to work on his words and has added gestures to help express himself. He does get frustrated with Mom and Dad when they don’t understand him, but hopefully, this won’t last too long. Both Evan’s walking and communication will continue to improve over the next few months as he changes from a sweet little baby to a sweet little boy.
