We took Evan to see Santa this week. We went during the day when there weren’t many people, and Evan would have a chance to enjoy his visit. Evan sat bravely on Santa’s lap and grinned at us while we made funny noises, played peek-a-boo, and called out his name behind the camera. Santa was impressed that Evan didn’t cry or fuss, and Santa’s helpers were able to take several pictures. Afterwards, Santa talked with Evan and gave him a candy cane. (Mom quickly traded Evan a toy for the candy.) We aren’t sure exactly what presents Evan requested of Santa, but we do know that he has been a good boy this year!
