Tonight Gauss returned to his advanced agility class at the Well-Mannered Dog. Gauss has been taking agility classes for about 3 years now and usually takes the hot summers off. This year Gauss was especially happy to return to agility class after the arrival of Evan this summer. He enjoys having some one-on-one time with me without the baby. (Steve and Evan hang out at home while we are at agility class.)

Gauss was really good in class considering he has been on summer break since May. He handled the weave polls like a pro, jumped like a champ, and watched all my signals without missing a beat. Gauss did some flirting with the other dogs, and there were a few times when he ran over to see his instructor. In general though, he stayed with me and worked well off-leash. It was loads of fun for both of us!
