In the weeks following Evan’s birth, we had several visits from family. Steve’s parents saw Evan while he was in the hospital in Portland. Then, after we had been home for a couple weeks, Jen’s dad and step-mom visited right after the 4th of July. This was followed by a visit from Jen’s brother and his wife and then Jen’s mom and step-dad. Then we had a few days off before Steve’s sister, niece, and nephew came down. And finally, Jen’s grandparents (who were here just a week and a half before Evan was born) stayed for a couple nights. Of course, we enjoyed seeing everyone, and we know Evan enjoyed meeting his extended family. I took lots of pictures, so I put a few of them into a private gallery so friends and family can view them.
