This was our first Thanksgiving at home. It was a little quiet without the football playing on the tv and the family games, but it was very nice to be at home. The turkey turned out great, and all the fixings were delicious! This year I baked a pumpkin cheesecake for the first time, and it turned out wonderfully! I think I cooked enough food for at least eight. We have been enjoying leftovers and have even frozen some for later. With all this turkey, Gauss is sure to find some in his kongs.
